Ingredients - (Makes enough for 5 x 500ml jars filled ¾ of the way or 7 smaller jars)
500g Rolled Oats, raw
250ml Hot Water
1 Laager Tea4Kidz Teabag in your favourite flavour
250ml Milk or Almond Milk
4 TBSP Chia Seeds
Handfuls Nuts and Fresh Fruit, chopped
5 x 500ml Glass Jars
Method
- Brew one cup of Laager Tea4Kidz, set aside and allow to steep for 5 minutes, then remove teabag
- Mix the raw oats, Laager Tea4Kidz, milk and chia seeds in a bowl, then decant into the glass jars
- Place into the fridge and leave overnight
- In the morning, add fresh fruit and chopped nuts
- Enjoy!
To be consumed within 3 days.
Almonds or unsalted cashew nuts, blueberries, strawberries, peaches or apple work best with this recipe.
