Ingredients:
- 1 Tetley Vanilla Chai Latte sachet
- 75ml hot water
- 3 squares of white chocolate
- 75ml cold milk (or your favourite milk alternative)
- A pinch of mixed spice
- Crushed ice
- Whipped cream (optional, for topping)
- White chocolate shavings and a sprinkle of cinnamon (for garnish)
Method
- Combine the Vanilla Chai Latte sachet, white chocolate squares, and hot water. Stir until the chocolate fully melts and blends smoothly. Tip: Use a handheld milk frother for faster blending and to create a smoother texture.
- Sprinkle a pinch of mixed spice into the mixture for an added warm and aromatic flavour. You can adjust the spice to your liking.
- Let the mixture cool slightly, to prevent the ice from melting too quickly, then pour it over a generous amount of crushed ice.
- Froth the cold milk using a milk frother and pour it over the iced chai mixture. Stir gently to combine for a creamy texture. If you don’t have a frother, just use chilled milk as is.
- Add whipped cream if desired, and garnish with white chocolate shavings and a light sprinkle of cinnamon. Use a vegetable peeler to shave the white chocolate directly over the glass.
