“Trying to get children to eat healthily can be an uphill task for parents and caregivers, but getting them to eat something that’s trending on a popular social media platform might make it a bit easier!” says Candice Sessions, Laager Rooibos Marketing Manager. “We scoured TikTok for top recipe trends, and have added our own twist as well as a touch of Laager Tea4Kidz Rooibos to infuse local flavours with the benefits of Rooibos as well. These are some great recipes to try over the winter holidays and can be added to school lunchboxes when term starts up again.”

To make the Yoghurt Bark:
- Place the yoghurt, Rooibos syrup, blueberries, and granola into a bowl.
- Mix until all ingredients are combined.
- Place the mixture into a 15-pop silicone mould (scrape the top with the back of a knife, in order to remove any excess).
- Place in the freezer and leave for at least 2 hours.
- Remove from the freezer and pop out of the mould.
- Eat and enjoy, or place into a freezer-proof container and store in the freezer.
Note: If you do not have a mould, you can spread the mix evenly over the lid of a plastic container, and place in the freezer for 2 hours. Then remove from the freezer and take the bark off the lid, break it into desired-sized pieces, and enjoy.
